Servly only accesses or uses customer data where reasonably necessary to provide, administer, maintain or support the services you have engaged us to provide, or where required by law.

6. AI and automated systems

Some Servly services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems for tasks such as lead qualification, scheduling, customer communication or other operational workflows.

Where these systems process personal information, we aim to ensure that the information is used only for the purpose for which the relevant service has been configured.

We do not use customer business data to train AI models for other customers without permission.
